Over nearly two decades as a working partner in a successful Auckland business, I experienced every stage of the business lifecycle, from growth and staff management to building systems, creating value and preparing for an eventual exit.
That journey gave me practical experience that no textbook can teach. Starting on the front line and progressing into leadership, I developed a deep understanding of what drives business performance, what buyers look for in an acquisition, and the challenges owners face when it comes time to sell.
