I helped grow the business from start-up to $10m revenue in three years, and later, as CEO/CDO, to over $60m. As a founder of Aero and CHHL, I helped create an enduring sports brand and took custodianship of two legacy cricket and hockey brands, scaling it to $10m annual revenue and market leadership.
